14th Annual 25 Ducks Award - Nominate a Duck!

Know a student who has demonstrated exceptional initiative in their academic and extracurricular endeavors—someone who has consistently served and uplifted the UO, making a tangible difference? We are looking for students who possess that extra drive and commitment to the UO’s mission and values. These are individuals who inspire others through their actions, foster a sense of inclusivity, and lead by example. If you know a student who embodies these qualities and deserves recognition, we encourage you to nominate them for the 25 Ducks award.

The 25 Ducks Award recognizes students who excel in one or more of the following areas:

• Academic achievement
• Campus involvement
• Community impact
• Leadership
• Service

The 25 Ducks Award, presented by the Emerald Media Group, Student Alumni Association, and The Duck Store honors 25 outstanding Ducks at the University of Oregon who have exemplified commitment and involvement on campus, inspired their peers through their leadership and teamwork, and made meaningful impacts both on and off campus. These exemplary students are invited to a reception to celebrate their remarkable accomplishments and contributions.

The 25 Ducks award is presented to only 25 University of Oregon students each year who are selected based on their campus involvement, leadership, and service to the community. 

Nominations close on Sunday, April 12.

Award Reception

The 25 Ducks Award Reception will be held on Wednesday, May 27. Award winners will be notified by April 20, 2026. Those who were nominated and not selected will not be notified. Award winners will receive information regarding the event details once contacted.
