Board Bound: Service for a New Generation

Join us for an engaging panel discussion to learn about how to get involved on a board of directors. UO alumni will share their personal journeys, offering practical tips on how to find the right board to join, break down common barriers, and tackle misconceptions about board service. The panel will also dive into how to overcome imposter syndrome, helping attendees feel confident and empowered to step into leadership roles.
After the panel, attendees will have the chance to network with local professionals who are actively seeking board members. This is a great opportunity to build connections, gain insider knowledge, and explore new ways to get involved in meaningful leadership opportunities. Whether you're looking to grow your career or make an impact in your community, this event is the perfect place to start.
There will be light appetizers provided and a chance to win prizes as you make connections!
