Ann Diep

Ann Diep, class of 2015, Oregon (biology)
Engineering product manager, Apple

Ann Diep began her education at the UO before finishing her degree in biochemistry and engineering at UCLA. Despite not completing her degree at the UO, Ann considers herself a Duck at heart, and is always willing to give back to the university she looks fondly upon.
Ann began her career as a reliability engineer at Genentech, before her "inner gadget geek" called her to the vibrant world of consumer electronics at Apple. There, her first role was as a specialist on the dynamic product design team. Picture this: building and designing prototypes of the MacBooks that you might be using right now! Today, Ann thrives as an engineering project manager on the Apple iPhone team. Let me tell you, no two days are alike! Ever day offers an exciting new puzzle for Ann to solve. For someone who her mom calls "chaotic" (and she says that with love), this role fits Ann perfectly!
