Aubrie De Clerck, BA ’95

Aubrie De Clerck is a proud UO alumna and the owner of Coaching for Clarity. As an ICF-certified professional career coach, she helps people find confidence and fulfillment at work. Aubrie brings a highly inspirational and deeply practical approach, with expertise in providing guidance through uncertainty to clarity—no matter the stage of life or career. Over the years, she has learned how to listen deeply to others’ career aspirations and unique contributions, actively guiding them through decisions and challenges. Aubrie’s personal experiences of navigating uncertainty and major changes give her capacity and compassion for the complexity of life. She lives in Bellevue, WA and has lifelong passions for community service, jazz, dancing, and time on the water.
