SAA Lunch with a Bunch ft. Lynn Heislein

The SAA is excited to host our Lunch with a Bunch event featuring Lynn Heislein, the 2026 Jeanne Johnson Alumni Award recipient. Lunch with a Bunch is a networking program designed by the Student Alumni Association to bring motivated students and successful alumni together. Develop connections, confidence, and ideas about future opportunities with Lynn and fellow SAA members. Our first Lunch with a Bunch event has 20 spots available for SAA members. 

Who is Lynn Heislein?

Lynn Heislein has devoted more than 40 years of service to the University of Oregon Alumni Association, supporting alumni communities in Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Reno. A Lifetime Member of the UOAA, she has served in numerous leadership roles, including chapter president, national board member, scholarship committee volunteer, and organizer of countless alumni events and student send-offs. Her dedication has been instrumental in the growth and success of the Reno Ducks chapter.

Professionally, Lynn retired in 2022 after a distinguished 35-year banking career, including 22 years as a Vice President and Relationship Manager in Government Banking for Wells Fargo in Nevada. She remains actively involved in volunteer service and philanthropy, supporting the University through initiatives such as the Ford Alumni Center Building Fund, Pathway Scholarships, and study abroad programs. Lynn's lifelong commitment to leadership, service, and the University of Oregon exemplifies what it means to be a Duck for life.

Registration

Starting the summer of 2025, SAA membership is now free for all current UO students! To learn more, visit the Student Alumni Association website. New SAA members can pick up their member packet at the Ford Alumni Center, during standard business hours.
