UOAA Spring Board Meeting 2025

The UOAA's Spring Board Meeting will be held May 1-3. Past board members and their guest are invited to join us for a faculty talk, tour of the UO Portland campus, and dinner on Friday, May 1. 

Instructions for Past Board Member registration

1. Enter your name as the first attendee.
   If you are logged in, you will automatically be added.
2. OPTIONAL: Enter your guest's name as the second attendee.
   If your guest's name does not appear in the dropdown search results, simply hit enter.
3. On the next screen, select your Registration Type: Past Board Member
4. Select your Activities on Friday, May 2. Past board members are invited to the campus tour, faculty talk, and dinner.
5. If you would like to attend dinner, add a Past Board Member Dinner ticket.
6. Select your dinner entrée.
7. Below your ticket selections, provide any additional information.
8. Click the Continue button.
9. OPTIONAL: Repeat steps 2-5 for your guest.
   Registration Type: Guest of Past Board Member
   Dinner Registration: Past Board Member Guest Dinner
10. Add payment information.
11. Complete registration.

Instructions for Current Board Member registration

1. Enter your name as the first attendee.
   If you are logged in, you will automatically be added.
2. OPTIONAL: Enter your guest's name as the second attendee.
   If your guest's name does not appear in the dropdown search results, simply hit enter.
3. On the next screen, select your Registration Type: Current Board Member
4. Indicate your Board Meeting Attendance for BOTH Friday and Saturday.
   If you choose virtual or not attending for Friday, you can skip to step 16.
5. If you selected In-person attendance - Friday, complete the Friday Meals section.
6. Select your lunch option.
7. Select your Activities on Friday, May 2.
8. Select your dinner entrée.
9. Below your ticket selections, provide any additional information.
10. Click the Continue button. (Board members without guests will jump to Step 16.)
11. OPTIONAL: Register your guest.
12. Registration Type: Guest of Current Board Member
13. Friday Meals: Dinner guest
14. Select your guest's dinner entrée.
15. Below your guest's ticket selections, provide any additional information.
16. Complete registration.
